What do you have available to use at crop?
We have the Original Cricut, Cricut Expression, Cuttlebug, Gypsy, along with a variety of decorative-edged scissors, some paper trimmers, punches, other tools, scrap paper, stamps, ink and books to gather ideas from. We are working on getting some other items as well.
What is your return policy?
It will help if you have your receipt to receive a refund otherwise it will have to be a store credit.
It’s my birthday. Do you do anything special for birthdays?
We'll need to see some form of I.D., then you'll receive a 10% discount that day! If we are closed on your birthday come in the next open business day & we will still honor it : )
I need something that you don’t carry…Can you order it for me?
We will do our best to get it for you. If its a product that we can order from our regular vendors we should have no problem. The sooner you can make the request before you need it, the better luck we'll have in getting it for you in a timely manner but we will do our very best to help you out.
I need help with my scrapbook pages, can someone help me?
We'd love to help! We will do our best to answer your questions. If your project is especially difficult or requires a lot of time it may be best to set-up a time so we can work with you one on one.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes we do in any $$ denomination from $5 on up!
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes, we have a rewards card available at this time. After you make 10 purchases, you'll receive $5 off your next purchase of $10 or more that's 50% off : )
Can I bring children to crop times?
We understand that some of you may need to bring your baby with you, as long as you understand that this is a time of relaxation for everyone. If your baby is too fussy to be entertained then perhaps you should try a different time. We don't have a high chair or anything so feel free to bring whatever it is that your child enjoys being in. Young children who need to be watched will be your responsibility please don't let them bother others. If your child is old enough to sit with you, and won't be disruptive, then they are welcome. Please just remember that this is a time for most moms to be away from their children, so they won't be permitted to run around or cause excessive noise.
